This past week fraudulent offers for RLink PRO upgrades were made via Raisonance forums. Any upgrade offers that are not from an email address with "@raisonance.com" of from your Raisonance distributor are fraudulent.

 

Primer, Primer2, RLink and Ride are products of Raisonance. Only Raisonance upgrades assure users of future compatibility with relevant tools and a guaranty of direct support by Raisonance.

Add-on Modules Ease Hardware Extensions for STM32 Primer2

Add-on modules with wrapping area are available for Primer2 users who want to extend the platform with their own hardware design. The modules simplify the extension of the Primer2 hardware by combining a wrapping area with a connector for easy access to peripherals including SPI, I2C, USART and ADC. Boards can be bought in quantity from Raisonance and Raisonance distributors.

New Ride7 & RKit-ARM release

Update your Ride7 and RKit-ARM installations to take advantage of the latest improvements in our ARM software toolset. Notably, recent upgrades to the RKit-ARM tools (version 1.20.09.0154) add support for new STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 based variants and a complete range of NXP LPC2xxx devices. This new version of the toolset also includes improved compilation speed and specific corrections for STM32 Primers and related projects, which are enumerated in the release notes (login required).

Ride and RKit

Updates for RKit-STM8 and Ride7

The new version of the STM8/ST7 toolset (version 2.20.09.0139) is now available with several improvements including optimized  compiler performance and support for new STM8L variants. Compiler improvements include:

  • Improved results in output code size and speed of execution
  • 16-bit x 16-bit - 32 bit multiplication
  • Improvements for easier handling of hardware registers
  • Improved handling of EEPROM qualified arrays

8051

New RKit toolset for 8051

The new version of the RKit 8051 toolset (version 6.4.52) is now available with several improvements and support of new microcontroller variants. New supported devices include a wide range of variants from Silicon Laboratories CF8051xxxx family and Micronas HVC2480A devices. In addition, users of this version benefit from numerous fixes that had not yet been integrated into a formal release.
