The ST7Fox Primer is a complete development environment for creating applications for STMicroelectronics' ST7Fox line of 8-bit microcontrollers, and for exploring the parameters that influence calibration of the devices' internal RC oscillator. This Primer provides an easy-to-use platform for compiling application code, programming the ST7Fox and debugging applications in real-time time via a dedicated USB connection and ICC interface. In addition, the included RC Calibration Explorer offers and easy-to-use interface for modifying RC calibration register values and viewing the influence of these values and the application environment on the oscillator output.

The ST7Fox Primer provides a complete application development platform with Raisonance C compiler, Ride7 integrated development environment and sample application code. When plugged into a USB port on the host PC, users have everything they need to start programming the ST7Fox, developing applications and exploring the characteristics of the target device.
